SHIPPING POLICY

Each model ordered will be manufactured on demand. We don't keep models in stock. Due to high demand and long backlog of orders, we currently are not able to provide exact delivery dates. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping notification with a mail tracking number. We ship through DHL and your local mail provider (USPS for the US for example). The tracking number can be used on their website after it has reached your country. Please be advised that because of the Corona pandemic transit times have significantly increased and restrictions might apply. For further information check out

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you feel your wait time is too long, you may cancel your order at any time, except the higher priced models like: 1/72 FH, 1/72 F9 and 1/72 KSC 39A TE. The model will then be assigned to another customer.

We try our best with safe packaging, however, parts may break during transit. If something breaks and you feel you can't repair it by yourself, we will provide a free replacement of your broken part. Send us a picture and a broken part request via email to obraun@buzz-medialabs.de
